Signs You May Have Dry Eye
A feeling of dryness is the most common symptom of dry eye, but some of the symptoms of dry eye are not as straightforward. For example, watery eyes (excessive tearing) can be a sign that your eyes aren’t producing enough tears and they are over compensating to catch up, therefore making them water.

A: You can use it as needed. We recommend 1-2 drops per eye per use.
Q: Is SYSTANE BALANCE supposed to be milky white?
A: Yes. SYSTANE BALANCE contains mineral oil as a nonactive ingredient that gives SYSTANE BALANCE its milky white appearance.
Q: Why do I have to shake the bottle of SYSTANE BALANCE?
A: SYSTANE BALANCE contains ingredients that may separate while stored. While using SYSTANE BALANCE is usually not harmful, not shaking the product may result in not dispensing all of the ingredients of the product.
Q: Does SYSTANE BALANCE have gluten?
A: No, SYSTANE BALANCE does not contain gluten.
Q: What is the difference between SYSTANE BALANCE and SYSTANE ULTRA?
A: These two products contain different active ingredients. Both products treat dry eye symptoms. If you are unsure which product to use, ask your doctor to help determine which product is best for your dry eye symptoms.
Q: Is SYSTANE BALANCE preservative free?
A: No, at this time, SYSTANE BALANCE is not preservative free.
Q: I don’t understand the product expiration date listed on my product.
A: We use international dating, so the year comes first, then the month. So if your product expires in 2016/09, that means September of 2016.
Q: Can I use my SYSTANE after it has expired?
A: We do not recommend using our products after they expire because we do not test expired product and therefore cannot guarantee the efficacy of the product after expiration.
Q: Does it expire at the beginning of the month or the end of the month?
A: Alcon products expire at the end of the month.
Q: Do I need to refrigerate my SYSTANE products?
A: No. Systane products can be stored at room temperature.

Shipping & Returns
Delivery occurs 6 to 10 business days after processing ends, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing the order can take up to 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 8 business days.
Luxotia will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will be fully charged for any item ordered, the moment you placed the order. The charge is an automatic process. If you change your mind since the order ships, we will issue a full refund without any fine or any kind of tax.

When your package is ready, you can ship it via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service
4. TRACK IT
